"We are taking Alonissos property sales, purchase to a new level as we do not operate as an estate agent. We promise to be unbiased, professional and will assist in all areas that we possibly can to help you buy and sell on this wonderful island we call home.
The Greek law, bureaucracy and procedure can be a minefield with many hoops to go through. Once an agreed price has been negotiated, we hand over all the legalities over to the lawyers, accountants and the Notary.
We are always at hand to help with anything else.
We are based on the island of Alonissos all year round, so you can be assured that you will be looked after. We do not ‘employ’ door openers to represent us to conduct viewings as we feel that this would weaken the service, expertise and brand, it could also open up potential problems during the sale.

Panos was born in the United Kingdom, of Greek Cypriot parents and had lived there for most of his life. His approach is relaxed and jovial but always professional. He has literally travelled all around the world but has chosen to reside on the beautiful island of Alonissos all year. He is really passionate about Alonnisos-Alonissos and wants other, like minded people to invest in this lush green island he calls home, in the middle of the crystal clear waters of The Aegean Sea.
